What kind of Email does this work with? How much does it cost?
You need to have a professional business email address that you own on a domain URL that you own. Preferably hosted using Google Suite.
This means you must own your domain name & it must be connected to a google workspace with at least 1 email user ([email protected]) It costs about $25 a month for 2 Users on a Google Workspace/Gsuite subscription. You also must have permission and access to the google admin console to make these changes for this method to work properly. Google Workspace or Gsuite will not allow you to delegate any email inbox on a private domain unless they are the same. This means you cannot delegate or connect a business email to a VA with a different email address.
What if I can’t make the class live?
No worries. We’ll record the class and give you access to a members portal to access it anytime.
Why do I need ClickUp?
This workshop is intended to be used with ClickUp. If you do not already have ClickUp you can sign up for free. Some features such as custom fields in the provided template may not work as well on the Free plan.
If you already have ClickUp; then you’ll be all set. Just make sure the Chrome Extension is installed prior to the workshop.
However; it is possible to use another project management tool with a chrome extension. Our Templates are designed for ClickUp but we open the opportunity for you to tweak them for your tool of choice and let us know how it works out!
How much will I have to spend on a Virtual Assistant?
This is up to your discretion based on your current financial situation and the amount of hours you wish to work with one. Please use your best judgment and discretion before hiring a Virtual Assistant. We also recommend that you obtain a legally binding contract prior to hiring one as well. We do not provide legal advice or contract templates and strongly recommend you do this on your own and seek legal advice. This is also covered in the best practices section inside the Bonus of the Easy Hiring VA Package. You do not need to hire a VA for this system to work.
